# Play Shitcoin Simulator

### After depositing some funds you can start playing on the arcade!

The game consists of 3 phases, Deposit, Simulation and Distribution phase:

## Deposit Phase

* Currency Exchange: Players deposit USDB, BLAST, or ETH to receive GEMS 💎, which act as in-game currency. These GEMS can be redeemed back into their original currency at any time, ensuring a seamless and risk-free gaming experience.
* Game Start: The game kicks off once a user cap of 10 players is reached, depending on the selected game mode.

## Simulation Phase

* Game Process: Players engage in a simulated shitcoin launch with outcomes that include Big Winner, Moderate Winner, Break Even, Moderate Loser, and Total Loss (Rug). The odds are transparently calculated, offering a fair and balanced gaming experience.
* Game Modes:
  * Arcade Mode: $25 entry fee
  * Degen Mode: $100 entry fee
  * High Roller: $400 entry fee
* Player Limits: Game modes cater to various player limits, ranging from 10 to 100 players, or set increments of 10, 25, and 50 players.

## Distribution Phase

* Fund Distribution: After the simulation, funds are distributed based on the game outcomes, with a small platform fee (typically 4-5%) deducted from the total pool.
* Example Scenarios: In a 10-player Degen Mode with $1,000 in total contributions, the Big Winner takes $350, while others receive varying amounts based on their outcomes. Odds are set to ensure a balanced distribution of rewards and risks.

### Step 1: Choose The Game

Start by selecting [**Shitcoin Simulator**](/blastdomains/blast-arcade/guides/start-playing-on-the-arcade/shitcoin-simulator.md) from the game options.

### Step 2: Pick a Lobby

Choose your preferred **game mode** and bet size:

* **Arcade Mode**: 250 Gems ($25)
* **Degen Mode**: 1,000 Gems ($100)
* **High Roller**: 4,000 Gems ($400)

Press **“Join Lobby”** to confirm your selection.

### Step 3: Wait for Players

* You’ll be added to a **lobby** with other players.
* The game will begin once the minimum player cap of 10 is reached.

### Step 4: Game Start Countdown

* Once the lobby reaches the minimum cap, a countdown timer will start.
* When the timer hits zero, the game begins!
